Supports the sourcing process for deals of varying complexity in accordance with the strategy set by sourcing lead. Responsibilities include (a) supporting the strategy development, issuance and evaluation of RFxs, (b) reviewing and evaluating the RFX responses, developing analysis reports and uploading all responses to the Client's data warehouse repository (c) Reviewing Statements of Work *Job Requirements * · Preferred minimum of 1 years experience sourcing, including experience and expertise participating in strategic sourcing processes (i.e., RFx development and execution), and working with contracts and Statements of Work. · Strong project management skills supported by strong analytical skills (Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to analyze and explain pricing models. · Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. · Focus on client service and the ability to communicate professionally across multiple levels of the organization. · Ability to handle multiple projects and complete deals within defined timelines. · Self-motivated and must demonstrate the ability to take direction and effectively interface with the candidate's manager, peers and business partners. *RATE:* Top Market Value!
