This individual must be able to effectively guide the implementation effort by making experience-based solutions and following best practices. This architect must be flexible enough to work within a very dynamic environment that sometimes calls for compromises in process and scheduling to accommodate parallel initiatives. *Position Responsibilities* - Produce MDM solution blueprint and high level designs using Infosphere MDM tool suites - Show expertise in MDM architecture within multi domain healthcare industry - Guides the project team in order to make the best use of IBM MDM tool suites data quality, integration and match-merge capabilities - Brings in hands-on technical experience with IBM MDM technical capabilities - Ensures multi domain data modeling efforts are in tune with IBM MDM recommendations & best practices - Demonstrates expertise with MDM data integration into downstream applications, systems and consumers using various options, and be able to come up with the best suitable option based on project needs - Analyze current business practices, processes and procedures, perform assessments and identify future business opportunities for leveraging MDM platform capabilities. - Translate business needs into master data solutions utilizing process flows and data flow techniques. - Understand business requirements and create technical design and specifications. - Collaborate with project leadership and development teams to implement functional and non functional requirements *Activities:* - High level and low level design - Understanding functional and non-functional requirements, and produce optimal solution based on requirements - Integration of MDM with upstream and downstream systems - Perform master of MDM record - Mapping of MDM data between MDM and other systems *Required Qualifications* - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or Information System programs - More than 7 years of experience in technical leadership implementing MDM projects and programs - Hands-on experience with multidomain IBM Infosphere MDM standard or Advanced Edition - Experience implementing composite services, data mapping, service mapping and performance tuning on MDM. - Experience with ETL Data Extraction and Web services integration using MDM platform - Dynamic and collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills - Prior experience delivering IBM healthcare data model is ideal - Must be able to travel between US locations if necessary - Applicants must possess valid US work authorization -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USA: RECRUITERS GUIDE" group.
