*Job description*: Title: Scrum master Location: Pleasanton CA Duration: 12+ months *Only Local To CA and H1B copy is Must* Client is looking someone who did work on *Scrum / Agile* practices – methodologies (hands on) , should have managed multiple Scrum teams, interaction with cross functional teams. familiar with *Jira or Rally*, should be a good communicator. Scrum Master available actively looking for new assignments (project development background - who have managed projects where there has been active development of backend systems (Web Services, integration with large enterprise systems etc.). • Must be self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. • Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. • Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. • Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. Needs to be able to work virtually and handle virtual team communication.
