Has to have experience in several key areas such as requirements gathering, solution design, testing. Local candidates to Michigan would be a HUGE plus! MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS!!! *People* : Serve as a mentor to other developers on the team. : Coordinate prioritization of projects, assign and oversee daily/weekly tasks and projects to insure timely completion. : Coordinate tasks assignments of contract resources as necessary to maximize productivity and solution delivery. : Identify and plan necessary developmental activities for the developer team. : Work with individuals across the organization to gather requirements, provide status updates, and coordinate testing and implementation activities. *Process* : Standardize work flows and best practices across the developer team.
