*Duration: 6 – 12 months* *Location: Covington, KY* Position Description Client strives to deliver the best customer service in the financial services industry. Integral to that vision for WI is the Relationship Management (RM) Services team. WI is establishing a Salesforce center of excellence to provide critical support to the WI Front Office functions. They will be part of a global team that provides critical support to 1500+ SALESFORCE.COM platform users and are charged with developing/automating business processes that will drive scale and efficiency. And they will collaborate with business partners throughout the project lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities Work closely with business partners to gather and document requirements. Design SFDC solutions using standard configuration capabilities. Design, implement, and maintain SFDC custom solutions using Apex and VisualForce. Create technical documentation and execute software unit testing. Provide input to overall technical architecture Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal partners Design and implement custom integration solutions using ETL software Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Information Systems or Financial discipline. 5 or more years’ experience with 3+ in systems analysis and web/mobile development. Experience with general Agile -based development methodologies. 2 or more years’ experience with Salesforce.com and hands on project experience working with Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services. Salesforce 201 Admin Certification Required Salesforce 401 Developer Certification Required Experience with Cast Iron, Informatica, or similar ETL Tools is a positive. Skills and Knowledge Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts, Apex and VisualForce preferred. Programming skills including HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, AJAX.
