*SAP MM Retail Functional Analyst* *Pasadena, CA*
*contract 3+ month* *Rate: $55/hr. C2C * Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform analysis and configuration across SAP Material Management, Sales and Distribution, IS Retail Master Data, including documentation. Knowledge of SRS and BI is preferred. Work with Relationship Managers and/or Business Unit to get comprehensive understanding of user requirements, and translate them to detailed functional specification, research problems, and answer queries. Ability to resolve complex business requirements via SAP configured solutions. Work closely with the Technical team to provide functional support on functional design/requirements, including BI. Resolve Level 2 queries (i.e. break-fix, etc) that are assigned by the Application Development Manager. Accountable for end to end resolution of incidents; track and monitor incidents throughout the development lifecycle of the RFC. Collaborates as needed with other off-shore SAP support team members on configuration design questions and analysis. Meet or exceed established SAP Support Service Level Agreement (SLA). Develop test plan to ensure expected quality level to meet standard development efforts. Participate in Special projects as assigned. Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes. Participate on department teams to develop various procedures / policies. Recognize the critical elements of application problems develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and technologies by participating in business meetings, functions, or conferences. Keep up with other businesses in the industry. Education and/or Experience • BA/BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience with SAP IS Retail applications. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Hands-on configuration experience with SAP IS Retail – MM and SD modules. • Prior experience with SAP Retail Store (SRS) and BW is a plus. • Must have experience creating detail functional requirements. • ABAP knowledge is a plus. • Must have good oral and written communications skills. • Must have leadership skills to coordinate the technical team consisting of SAP and non SAP resources. • Must have the ability to verify and validate system operation, including writing and executing test procedures and test scripts, conducting functional reviews, and providing functional support to technical team. • 2+ full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support • Considerable business knowledge, preferably in the retail industry. *Thanks & Regards* Sunny Mehta Sage Group Consulting Inc.
