What you will do? • Understand the business context and our customers. • Conceive, prototype/illustrate and pitch ideas that would make tangible differences to ouor customers and our business • Develop message/component templates that can used across platforms • Roll-out your messages across the globe and across channels. • Run experiments, measure success, refine offerings What background will help you succeed? • Experience with Storytelling, Storyboarding, Copywriting, Visual Design, Interaction Design, and Customer Experience Design • Have demonstrated design skills and experience to quickly prototype/illustrate ideas. • Have demonstrated proficiency coding HTML and CSS for email (since email is most restrictive for rich presentation) (Familiarity with w3c standards a plus.) • Experience developing mobile responsive web pages and emails • Experience working with JavaScript and other JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as jQuery • Ability to effectively instrument code, implement A/B testing, analyze email results and refine your creations • Must be able to consume data for message coming from REST interfaces (knowing Java or at minimum Postman is desirable) • Knowledge of Apache Freemarker is a plus.
