*Role: Sr. Business Systems Analyst * Ewing, NJ 6 Months plus 2 positions *Telephonic + Face - Face Interview* *NOTE: Technical BA who are having some Java or Webservices exp in present/ previous projects would be a GREAT plus.* Special Skills and/or Requirements: • Facilitate communication between IT, business units and clients • Act as liaison between business units and internal partners/external vendors by providing accurate and timely updates to all stakeholders and taking a proactive role in solution definition • Assist business partners to identify and clarify their goals and IT requirements • Conduct requirements gathering, analysis and design, risk analysis, risk mitigation, programming/construction, unit testing and transition of applications into a production environment • Produce concisely written and detailed business requirements • Translate business requirements to functional and technical specifications • Ensure delivery of IT solution is on schedule and fully functional • Identify and implement productivity and quality control improvements • Apply industry-standard analysis and documentation techniques to assist in organizing project work • Follow SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) processes Experience: The ideal candidate must have: • A Bachelor's degree with extensive coursework in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. • Eight years of experience and general knowledge in systems analysis, design, development and documenting or testing, preferably in enterprise applications. • Strong experience writing Application Interfaces specs. • At least 5 years experience with systems functional analysis and testing; Functional knowledge of system infrastructures. • Experience in leading and coordinating integrated system testing that address technology changes. • Experience with web application design desired. • Technical experience is preferred; Power Designer; Silk; Automated test methods; Java; • Strong SQL skills - highly desired. • A minimum of four years Business/Systems Analysis experience or Functional testing leadership is required on large scale/cross functional projects. • Excellent oral and written communications skills are required to consult with business owners, end-users, clients, vendors and other internal staff. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Expert knowledge of system analysis and testing • Knowledge of system infrastructures • Knowledge of Software Development lifecycle methods, approaches, and techniques. • Basic Project Management knowledge a plus • Must have strong oral and written communication skills -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
