*Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities :*

• Review and Authorize change

• Ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time.

• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics

• Coordinate efforts with other specialists

• Manage stakeholders

• Track and report issues

• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

• Manage the portfolio and change load

• Manage post mortems for all major failed/Unsuccessful changes

• Ensure that Operational Acceptance Criteria delivers the quality of
handover from projects and / or major releases.

• Hold regular meetings with IT Groups to review on-going issues and
activities and report to the Service Management

• Manage compliance around the changes and deployment processes including
change tickets approval

• Conduct Training for the Portfolio they own.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; calm, polite and
professional

• Results oriented with personal accountability

• Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, building rapport with
the teams.
