USG direct client is looking for *Scrum Master with Financial Background_ New York (Local CVs only) * *Job Description:* · Must have a thorough understanding of Lean and Agile frameworks and have applied them in an enterprise setting as a scrum master. · Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. · Ability to clearly communicate processes to Team so processes and benefits are clearly understood. · Must be willing to jump in and help, get hands dirty with Team as needed during release cycle. · Must possess strong technical and analytical skills. · Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management. · Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team · Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, hold Team accountable for process, make the tough calls. · Ability to put agile processes in place for several work streams at once. · Ability to lead a team to self-organization. · Ability to form solid relationships between cross functional team members. · Experience guiding people to write User Stories. · Experience working with JIRA preferred.
