Our ideal candidate has the desire to develop great apps using Ruby/Ruby on
Rails, leveraging HTML5, JavaScript libraries, PHP and modern tooling. The
ideal candidate will also adapt to different responsibilities, execute a
wide variety of tasks, respect teammates, and show a passion for
self-improvement.
Skills - required
• Ruby / Ruby on Rails – 4+ years of experience
• JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS3 – 3+ years of experience
• JavaScript Frameworks – 2+ years of experience
• HTTP & Rest services – 1+ years of experience
• Advance JSON, SQL, Git, Linux – 1+ years of experience
Skills – Preferred (in order of preference)
• Symfony2, Doctrine, Twig, MooTools, Rails, Oracle/PLSQL, Data
Warehousing, PHPUnit, Continuous Integration, GIT and/or SVN, Linus
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design and development of the web applications and
services.
• Having experience with automation testing process
• Participate in code reviews
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Create web apps that appeal to the tastes of the site’s users
• Maintain existing web applications
*Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or
comparable experience.*
