Kindly share your consultant profile matching the below skills. *Job Title : **Salesforce Lead* *Location : **Farmingdale, NY/ Dearborn, MI* *Duration : Long Term Contract* *The job description:* · Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform · Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives · Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation · Develop custom solutions and interfaces · Manage technical scopes and client expectations · Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers · Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered · Demonstrate technical thought leadership · Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used · Be a credible subject matter expert to clients and partners on sales cycles and marketing events · Provide detailed estimates · Coach and mentor junior technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources on CRM projects · Interview potential candidates as needed and as time permits *Qualifications* · Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent · Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems · 5 to 8 years of CRM industry experience · Minimum 4 years of salesforce/force.com platform with strong design and development experience · Extensive Sales and Service cloud design & development experience · Extensive Apex VF Controllers and Apex Triggers development experience · Extensive VisualForce, Lighting, JavaScript, HTML design, Web services and development experience in AngularJS, JQuery development experience a plus · Strong background in design/development of large internet or client server systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure · Strong knowledge of OOAD, database designing, Agile and SDLC · Previous experience in implementing technologies such as Java, J2EE, TIBCO, ETL, Message Queue, XML, XSL, Web services REST and SOAP, SQL server, and other databases · Deep technical understanding of Security and how to make the secure application, which is a must; · Deep technical understanding of Salesforce is a must; · Must achieve advanced developer certification · Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills *Preferred Skills* · Background in User Experience · Web services development experience · Knowledge of Sales cloud, Service cloud, marketing cloud must. · Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce *Thanks & Regards* *Ashish Kumar* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Note:* This email is not intended to be a solicitation.
