*Role: **Lync/Exchange Architect* *Location: Loveland, CO* *Interview: Phone/Skype* *Note: VISA Copy & Photo ID Mandatory* *Job Description* *Role and Responsibilities* · Implement and recommend network technologies including Lync, messaging, database, systems management, server virtualization, network storage and security · Designing and Implementing Microsoft Lync 2013 Servers, IVR Applications in Lync Server. · Migrate Cisco Telephony with by Lync Enterprise voice · Created New dial plans, voice policy, trunk configurations etc. · Involved in Day To-Day Lync Server Activities, troubleshooting issues Lync login issues, analyzing the Lync logs using snooper tool and keeping the Lync Server and clients with the Latest patch levels. · Supporting the Exchange Server 2010 environment. · Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus · Must have excellent organizational and project management skills · Provide Lync Server administration and 3rd level support for infrastructure-related problems · Assist with implementing and configuring Lync Server 2013 · Assist in shaping the overall architecture for enterprise delivery · Address security / telephony / conferencing / networking / QoS-related challenges · Implement configuration changes to the Lync environments · Track issues that impact Lync servers / users and seek to determine root cause and implement a fix *Qualifications and Education Requirements* · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience · ITIL concepts strongly preferred · MCSE or Lync certification (preferred) *Preferred Skills* · Lync Server 2013 and OCS 2007 R2 design and topologies · Lync Server 2013 and OCS 2007 R2 workloads and associated protocols · Lync Server debugging / diagnostic tools (Snooper, Central Logging Service, etc.) · Troubleshooting Lync server and client side issues · Lync Server Key Health Indicators (KHIs) *Please share your updated resume at **[email protected]* <[email protected]>* or feel free to contact me at **614-401-5194* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
