Unpaid holidays per Holiday calendar. *Objectives and Deliverables:* Client seeks to engage the services of a programmer/analyst. The consultant will work onsite and take direction from personnel to configure the *ServiceNow system* as required to perform Discovery and Service Mapping to populate the CMDB for IT, and migrate Change Management data and processes to ServiceNow. Normal work hours will be 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday-Friday, though occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Reporting location is 2 Broadway, Manhattan. *Activities * Set up and configure ServiceNow for the Change and Configuration Management processes including Discovery and Service Mapping. *Deliverables* · Review requirements and configure ServiceNow system to perform Discovery networks for approximately 5400 physical and virtual nodes · Assist IT in running discoveries, populating the ServiceNow CMDB with discovered data, and documenting the procedures to set up, configure, schedule and run discoveries, perform reconciliation and load/update the CMDB · Work with IT staff to configure the Service Mapping tool and load data / dependencies identified by Service Mapping into the CMDB. · Establish, configure and test interfaces with SCCM and SolarWinds · Support the integration and reconciliation of data from ServiceNow discovery, Service Mapping, SCCM and SolarWinds discovery in the configuration management module · Establish protocols for maintaining CMDB data integrity, including data verification/reconciliation, · Provide knowledge transfer to project manager and staff so that they can maintain the discovery, mapping, load, reconciliation and audit processes and the interfaces with external data sources going forward · Assist MTA IT in configuring screens and forms for display of CMDB data, and workflows as needed to support the Configuration and Change management processes · Provide guidance and knowledge transfer on procedures and processes for moving changes into production environment In Case you would be interested in this position and wish to apply, please fill the following matrix along with two professional references and updated word resume.
