Shell Scripting is a plus) 2. Proven expertise in the use of test automation tools (e.g. *Selenium*, iTKO Lisa, Cucumber, SoapUI, QTP, SeeTest, Appium etc.) across different technology platforms 3. Review test cases written for manual test execution, assess and modify as needed for suitability for automation 4. Extensive working knowledge of software development, software quality engineering, test automation practices and tools 5. In-depth experience working with agile and iterative software development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Continuous Integration Testing, Test Driven Development highly desired) 6. Ability to deliver work using agile (Scrum/XP), waterfall and hybrid development methodologies 7. Hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategies/solutions for test data automation management and service virtualization across integrated systems 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, and effectively and accurately communicate status) 9. Strong problem resolution and analytical skills 10. Highly self-motivated, energetic, strong work ethic and results-oriented with the ability to inspire performance excellence in teams 11. Ability to collaborate and work across multiple teams, foster and build harmonious working relationships 12. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities 13. Provide testing leadership and contribute to software development and technical design 14. Experience working with of both onshore and offshore resources 15.
