Clienr is actively looking for“P&C Insurance Claims Software Business
Analyst”. This person will be responsible for documenting the requirements
of the Client  Claims product, interacting with the SME and customers to
validate requirements and ensuring the requirements have been implemented
in the product as per specifications.

*Job duties:*

   - Create software requirements (functional and technical specifications,
   user stories) and understand how they relate to the need of the business
   user. Also, understand the dependencies between different components of the
   product and highlight any inconsistencies between requirements.
   - Review software requirements created by other Business Analysts and
   provide valuable inputs.
   - Participate in requirements calls to finalize requirements and answer
   questions from other members of the team and in the case of working with
   India staff, this may require conducting early morning or late evening
   conference calls.
   - Ensure quality of the product by verifying the functionality
   implemented in the product is as per specifications.
   - Lead or support the requirements analysis phase on customer
   implementations.
   - Open to travel to India for a few weeks to have face-to-face meetings
   with the other business analysts and development team.



*Skill expectations*

   1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in P&C insurance claims business
   analyst role
   2. Experience on insurance claims product such as Guidewire
   Claimscenter, Innovation Group Claims Administration, Accenture/Duck Creek
   Claims, Systema SIMS claims, Stoneriver Claims Workstation preferred.

   - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks

   - Active listening skills and ability to ask pointed, open-ended
   questions
   - Ability to produce accurate and detailed project estimates
