Windsor, NJ*


*Role: **Oracle SCM Functional Consultant*

*Location: **East Windsor, NJ*

*Interview: Phone/Skype*

*Note: VISA Copy & Photo ID Mandatory*


*Relevant Experience*



·         8+ years of hands on implementation experience on entire
Order-to-Cash modules (Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Account
Receivables) with multiple client environment exposure and experience in
Oracle service contracts are desirable

·         Minimum 10+ years of IT industry experience.



*Necessary Skills:-*



·         Minimum of 10 years of implementation experience with multiple
client environment exposure preferred

·         Experience in implementing Oracle Sales Contracts, Service
Contracts (OKS), iStore , Order Management,

·         Integration experience between Oracle and Web sites is preferred
(ie Catalog Management and Multi-Channel selling)

·         Configurator experience is a plus.

·         Experience in leading IT / Business Assessment Programs

·         Experience in Participating in Business Reengineering is a must

·         Minimum Oracle 11.5.10 experience (or beyond) is required

·         Thorough understanding of application development lifecycle.

·         Strong interpersonal as well as written and spoken communication
skills are essential.

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
are essential.

·         Proven ability to work with diverse groups of people in
challenging and complex endeavors, as demonstrated by successful team
experience.

·         Ability to work directly and communicate effectively with all
levels and groups across the organization and provide useful information
and explanations about technical issues in a complete, accurate, and
understandable manner.

·         Experience in gathering requirements, creating functional
designs, gap analysis, and testing is required

·         Basic Technical understanding is required

·         Experience in creating and implementing business processes is a
plus.

·         Project Management experience is a plus.

·         SQL knowledge is a plus



*Desired Skills:-*



·         Have publishing domain experience

·         Aware of Database and Operating System terms.



*Roles & Responsibilities:-*



·         Provide complete functional expertise in Oracle Order Management
and Contracts modules including all the set-up/configuration of the system
from the start to end

·         Provide Reengineering recommendations based on assessments

·         Understand the requirements from the business users ,do the
fit-gap-analysis and suggest an optimum solution

·         Conduct Conference Room Pilots for the business users

·         Document all the functional and technical solution clearly in
detail with no room for multiple interpretations.

·         Provide techno-functional assistance to the development team in
terms of table structure, API details as needed

·         Conduct training to the business analysts, end users and to the
development team on Oracle-to-Cash functionalities and flow.

·         Conduct root cause analysis and work with the product vendor for
further assistance



*Generic Managerial Skills:-*



·         Able to plan/track tasks/activities

·         Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
