*Job Overview:*

   - Will report to the manager of Deliver Partner Engagement group.
   Managing relationships with 2 strategic partners. Long term
   relationship/services. These partners provide Apps dev., maintenance,
   project management, Bus. Analysis. SDLC services within IT. Providing
   oversight, governance and manage delivery. 300-400 apps portfolio over all.
   - For this role one of major components is vendor management, managing
   performance of vendors, making sure the vendors are SLA accountable,
   delivering values, providing overall oversight and resolving escalations
   with partners, stakeholders, conflicts, negotiating between all parties to
   make sure to get the best deal.
   - Need strong vendor management skills, experience with offshore -based
   service providers, working with strategic partners day to day, extracting
   data (how long it took to get things completed, financial data, quarterly,
   yearly, completed projects on time/on budget). Meeting parameters –
   analyzing data and providing executive reports. Resource will hold partners
   accountable for what they do.
   - Need strong analytical skills and management skills to be able to
   provide intelligence for data
   - Responsibilities of the resource can include leading training for
   200-300 people on program and concepts (on outsourcing and contract
   structures that are already in place).
   - Resource should have an understanding outsourcing contracts, writing
   RFP/RFI. Know contract language- business language that can be given to

*QA Engineer*

Must have experience 835/837 EDI experience.

As a QA Engineer, you will be working with our core development team in an
Agile environment to introduce quality engineering into every step in the
software life cycle. You will contribute your expertise towards improving
QA processes throughout engineering. You will be directly responsible for
assuring quality on a small number of simultaneous development projects
delivered against different schedules. You will be responsible for
establishing and reporting quality metrics on a regular basis as well as
building/maintaining a library of test plans. You should be able to
demonstrate creativity in defining and reaching QA goals and have
experience working in the code base of visual studio/team foundation server
to improve testability. You will be expected to be an expert in the
collection and correct use of quality metrics in risk management activities
and you will be the central figure in determining whether a product is
ready for release on multiple occasions.



*Specific Responsibilities:*

   - Interact with project managers and development teams to develop a
   strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
   - Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and
   technical use cases.
   - Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test
