*This is Neha from Apetan consulting,* *Please find the below job description and send me your update resume matching to it along with Contact details, Current location, Visa and Availability ASAP.* *POSITION: Infrastructure /Devops LEAD/Sr. ENGINEER* * INTERVIEW: Phone than Skype Interview* *LOCATION: Urbana, MD* *DURATION:36 MONTHS* *START :ASAP* *Job Overview:* WE CAN FILL THIS> NEED CANDIATES ASAP *Technical Discipline: Cloud Computing * Expert knowledge and experience in Cloud-based infrastructure, solutions, and configurations to include, but not limited to: · CISCO Metapod · CISCO UCS · Openstack · AWS *Responsibilities*: * Integrate private cloud installations with one or more public cloud environments, e.g., Amazon Web Services, Cisco Metapod, etc. * Install, configure and customize cloud/automation solutions based on Cisco, OpenStack technologies, VMware, etc. * Design and develop customizations and integration solutions using various software technologies including: Web Services, database systems, HTML, XML, JavaScript and third-party vendor tools, APIs and CLIs. * Manage technical tasks, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, integration, configuration, and management of defect tracking, source code control, documentation, and other software engineering applications and hardware systems. * Work closely with customers, at a technical and user level, to design and produce solutions. * Develop customer facing pre- and post-deployment and design documentation such as worksheets, as-built docs, and drawings, etc. * Work closely with the production management and development teams to rapidly translate the understanding of customer requirements to product and solutions. * Provide technical guidance and training as required. *Required Skills:* * Extensive experience with cloud management platforms such as OpenStack, VMware vRealize Automation, and automation and orchestration tools * A minimum of two year's experience working with OpenStack (Icehouse, Juno, Kilo, or Liberty) to install, customize or create integrations, or a minimum of one year's experience installing, customizing and integrating with VMware. Certifications in these product areas are highly desirable. * Experience working with public cloud providers AWS, Azure etc. * Experience working with configuration management tools, CI/CD tools, and/or container technologies * Solid technical foundation and good working knowledge of a wide range of enterprise IT products and technologies, including, various hypervisors, virtualization platforms and data center management tools. * Five-plus years of experience working in a software engineering organization or in a software product company installing, integrating and customizing the product to meet customer needs. * A detailed understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM) including experience with associated tools and management applications. * Technical competencies in: OS software (Windows, Linux), application software (Weblogic, Jboss, Active Directory, etc.), Web Server configuration (IIS, Apache, HTTP Server). *Experience with the following:* * Automation of virtual environments leveraging APIs to integrate applications, networks, and databases. * Integration with monitoring, backup, IPAM, service desk or other common data center software. * Process automation design and development using VMware vCenter Orchestrator or OpenStack Heat. * Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to create functional requirements specifications and produce well written design documentation. * General understanding of networking issues, systems administration, and database administration * Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel to client sites. *Desired Skills:* * Hands-on experience with the following solutions: * OpenStack Mirantis and RHOSP * VMware vRA,vRO, vRB * Cisco CloudCenter (CliQr), Metapod, UCSD, and ACI * Puppet, Chef, Ansible (configuration management) * CloudFoundry, Apprenda (PaaS) * GitHub, Jenkins (CI/CD tools) * Docker, Kubernetes (containers, container management) * Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment to produce outstanding results * Excellent customer service skills * The ability to communicate technical information to non-IT clients and colleagues * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline; Advanced degree preferred Thanks, *Neha Kumari |* *Technical Recruiter* | *Apetan Consulting LLC* Tel:201-620-9700* 106 | Fax: 201-526-6869 | *Mail *: 72 van reipen ave pmb#255, Jersey City, NJ 07306 | *Corp.
