Candidate should have history/experience in taking ownership of performance test efforts (from requirements to report creating and everything in between including writing a performance test plan documents, building LoadRunner scripts, executing their plan and doing the analysis and reporting). Candidate should have strong *Jmeter, HP LoadRunner*, C programming, debugging, problem-solving skills. People that have great communication skills both written and verbal. Candidate should be interested in working in a team environment and are willing to work well with this team (including reporting to a team lead) and how it’s currently configured.
