I do have new requirement please gothrough it if you are comfortable send me updated resumes at [email protected] <[email protected]> Job Title: *Middleware Administrator with Peoplesoft 9.2 and PUM and (SES) or ElasticSearch* *Location: Kansas City MO * *Length: 12 months* *Interview Mode: Phone then Skype* Peoplesoft 9.2 Administration and in performing end to end upgrades Peopletools Experience 8.4x, 8.5x Installation, administration, troubleshooting of Peopletools 8.4x8.5x, Weblogic in windows Unix platforms with Oracle PUM Change Management • Experience with new PUM Change Management process - Installation and Troubleshooting of all facets Secure Enterprise Search (SES) or ElasticSearch • Experience implementing SES and/or ElasticSearch architecture (we are moving to ElasticSearch) - Installation and Troubleshooting of all facets Ingegration Broker Above average skills and experience needed Windows 2012 Server Redhat/Oracle Linux Environment tuning PeopleSoft application performance tuning and metrics measurement from database, OS, networks and storage Upgrade Planning Proficient in Application Upgrade Planning and execution STRONG COMMUNICATION Has advanced knowledge (4+ years or demonstrated level of skill/aptitude on the job) of web server technology such as Microsoft IIS or Oracle WebLogic. Has advanced knowledge (4+ years or demonstrated level of skill/aptitude on the job) of middleware applications such as Oracle PeopleSoft (PIA), MDM, CCB, Oracle SOA Suite, SharePoint or other 3-tier frameworks. Advanced knowledge and administration experience in client and server operating systems, preferably with Unix, Linux and/or Windows platforms. Working knowledge of business goals, corporate IT standards, strategy and service level agreements. Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical. Establishes cooperative relationships with departments. Leads medium to large project teams effectively, promoting and supporting team work. Searches for and identifies alternative and/or innovative solutions. Exercises leadership skills to complete projects on time and on budget. Exercises sound judgment when making decisions.
