Strong hands-on experience configuring WebSphere Application Server 7 or higher. Experience deploying web applications to WebSphere is a critical skill. Strong knowledge of network architecture and design, including load-balancers, firewalls, and proxys. Must have excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience or background in UNIX/Linux is not required but preferred. Experience or background in WebLogic is not required but preferred. Experience with SubVersion, Maven and Jenkins is preferred. Agile project experience preferred.
