This is a professional level position and requires strong execution and analytical abilities. This role works independently and receives minimal guidance. *Qualification:* - A minimum of 7+ years' experience enterprise management and support where overlying critical services must maintain high availability at all times *Responsibilities* - Expert in deploying, managing and maintaining large enterprise virtualization platforms including VMware and HyperV - Proficient in VMware and Hyper-V technologies - Windows or Unix Systems Administration experience is a plus. - Proficient in managing enterprise class hardware infrastructure such as - Cisco Blades, Enclosures, UCS, - HP blades, HP enclosures, Virtual connect, HP SUM - Dell Blades and Enclosures, Dell OME - Proficient in troubleshooting in above mentioned infrastructure - Strong technical analytical and troubleshooting skills, and possess an ability to explain technical concepts and provide guidance to staff. - Scripting Knowledge - Must have Strong Knowledge & experience in system monitoring techniques and tools supporting unattended operations. - Strong system security awareness and knowledge in OS hardening. - Ability to operate in complex, highly-secure, and highly-available, operations environments and interact with the technology domain experts required to maintain those environments - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Responsible for partnering with the Platform, Engineering and Delivery Teams to deliver seamless infrastructure support for all business lines - Experience supporting a 24x7 Operational environment, requiring shift support - Self-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor - Ability to coordinate activities within cross-divisional and cross-functional teams - Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments - Strong understanding of process orientation, understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices - Candidate must have demonstrated and be prepared to exhibit initiative and ownership of consistent delivery success Thanks & Regards *Chandra Shekhar Kumar* Sr. Technical Recruiter Themesoft Inc.
