Position:  Sales force Asset/Investment management Business Analyst
Location: NY (local only who can walk in for a in person meeting)
Duration: 12 Months

Skills Required:-

•A minimum of 6 years' Salesforce (SFDC) experience
Full Life cycle Implementation experience*Salesforce Marketing Cloud
experience as well as Salesforce Service Cloud experience is desirable
Expert in producing technical storyboards from business requirements
Three years to eight years systems analysis experience required; or, three
or more years of experience in Investment Management business areas (Order
Management, Portfolio Management,operations, administration, or accounting)
that includes information technology responsibilities required. This should
include: business requirements documents, using SQL scripts, and, creating
or performing user acceptance testing.
Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) required
Three or more years of experience with either mutual funds, securities,
financial accounting and/or industry-standard Investment Book of Record
Experience in driving meetings with technical or business audiences and
present ideas to project teams preferred
Solve business problems by performing business analysis, preparing
requirements specifications and/or designs, providing project management,
and testing for relevant business process modifications, applications,
and/or reporting enhancements.
Must be able to meet with clients of varying levels to gather, document,
and analyze system specifications and requirements, work closely with
developers and testers in the fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of when and how to use business assessment tools (e.g.,
feasibility studies, business cases and/or cost/benefit, project sizing and
costing, and current state analysis/needs assessments)
Work collaboratively with the business unit (Investment Management
Operations) to define business objectives and requirements and provide
consultative support as needed regarding applications and business
Evaluate business needs, recommending best fit solutions such as purchasing
third-party software, integrating multiple software applications or
repairing current applications. This includes configuring and testing the
Investment Management tools and environment, as well as the operational
integration between Front office and other existing key Investment
Management Systems.
Initiate and coordinate communication with business staff and management as
required to facilitate the most effective and efficient solution to a
Work with technical and development staff to conduct unit, system, and user
acceptance testing. This includes developing and publishing test
specifications, preparing test data, and creating user acceptance testing
Determine and prepare estimates for completion of assigned tasks.
Mentor other business analysts and provide guidance to the team.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or
equivalent experience required
