Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst, Procurement & Purchasing with
Public Sector Experience
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Duration: 6 to 12 Months of Contract with Possible Extension

The organization is planning to upgrade the current PeopleSoft Enterprise
Financial Management Solutions (FMS) system to version PeopleSoft 9.2.

*Position Summary*

• The functional lead role for the PeopleSoft eProcurement (ePro) and
Purchasing (PO) modules must have version 9.2 experience in a public sector
environment and be considered a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in
the stated module(s). Successful candidates must have 12 years' experience
in similar lead roles, be proficient with PeopleSoft design, configuration
and testing of PeopleSoft PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM)
application at it relates to the stated module(s) and their integration
with other PeopleSoft SCM and Financial Management Solutions (FMS) modules.
• Candidates shall possess deep business process experience and PeopleSoft
functional expertise in guiding business users and teams through the
process of upgrading the PeopleSoft application from version 9.1 to 9.2,
including performing retrofit analysis by business process, updating
configuration to adhere to PeopleSoft 9.2 system and reviewing new
PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality as it relates to the client's current business
process and/or modifications.

*Roles and Responsibilities*

• Manage respective PeopleSoft modules to deployment including driving all
related project tasks, objectives and milestones; Direct and guide
PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality decisions as they related to the client
business processes;
• Provide business process design, configuration and documentation for any
new 9.2 functionality; Act as a liaison between the client functional and
technical staff; Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team and
help draft regular communication across the project;
• Provide project estimates for changes in business process and / or
additional new functionality; Track, escalate and document project risks,
issues, decisions and changes to scope; Provide input and research into
project recommendations and decisions; Work with software vendor to submit
defects in delivered functionality;
• Provide other project related experience as necessary; Perform
configuration analysis and documentation, especially as it relates to
PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality; Lead test preparation including test scenario
and test script review and creation; Lead interface review and analysis and
create documentation on recommendations; Take lead for testing execution
for the various test cycles;
• Create, document and track issues and resolution; Create input for
communication and change management; Provide detailed analysis and input to
training material;

*Mandatory Qualifications*

• 12 years' combined experience in PeopleSoft eProcurement (ePro) or
Purchasing (PO) lead roles;
• 2 years' combined experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 ePro or PO modules in a
public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or
Municipality government, or Higher Education);
• 1 year experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher;
• 5 years' combined experience in full lifecycle upgrades or
implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher;
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.

*Desired Skills*

• PeopleSoft v9.2 project deployed on PeopleTools 8.55 in a public sector
environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality
government, or Higher Education);
• Experience with Fluid User Interface;
• Experience in full lifecycle upgrades/implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1
or higher in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County,
City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education);
• Experience working with data warehouse solutions including PeopleSoft EPM
and Oracle OBIEE;
• Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (Level
AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) in a public sector environment(i.e.,
Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher
Education)
