Please find the below job description and let me know your interest ASAP. *Role: Senior Business Analyst* *Location: Jersey City, NJ* • 3+ years expertise (or Functional Knowledge) in Blackrock Aladdin Trade Order Management System functionality and related business processes • 3+ years working knowledge with Eagle PACE and QlikView applications • Highly competent with SQL, XML. • Must possess strong data analysis skills and attention to details. • Ability to work with large data sets, process flows and reporting flows • Advance skills in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access, Visio) • Knowledge of various investment management industry software/platforms preferred (Bloomberg, BARRA, Barclays POINT) • Data / Technical architecture experience• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies * Soft Skills * • Ability to partner with various front / middle office teams and development teams to achieve objectives and execute or drive project plan as required • Demonstrated success with typical Business Analyst deliverables: business requirements, functional specifications, system/workflow diagrams, functional test plans documentation and execution. • Inquisitive nature and able to ask pertinent questions that tease out issues and drive the analysis forward • Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment • Ability to pick up new product and technical knowledge quickly • Ability to quickly learn new and complex processes • Self-starter, able to set own targets and timelines and manage delivery expectations with users • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal) .
