Please respond to* [EMAIL PROTECTED] *Sr. SAP Netweaver / Java Administrator* *( **Web Infrastructure Administrator ) Contract Duration: 6 Months Location : Portland, OR Start: ASAP** * *SKILLS REQUIRED:* - Web Infrastructure Administrator JBoss - SAP NetWeaver - Weblogic - WEB hosting - SAP Enterprise Portal - Performance tuning, corrective maintenance and enhancements on SAP middleware, and infrastructure - Apache - Single Sign On - WEB and SAP landscapes. - J2EE system administration, installation, configuration, deployment - Load balancing - SAP Portal *WEB INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATOR * Performs activities related to the installation, upgrade, and administration of The Client's WEB infrastructure (JBoss, SAP NetWeaver, weblogic) including general WEB hosting, SAP Enterprise Portal and other SAP NetWeaver products. *RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING :* - Provide expert knowledge and resources in support of performance tuning, corrective maintenance and enhancements on SAP middleware, and infrastructure components. - Provide expert knowledge and resources in support of performance tuning, corrective maintenance and enhancements for internet and intranet middleware, and infrastructure components including JBoss, SAP NetWeaver, Apache, Single Sign On, security, etc. - Perform architect functions for the WEB and SAP landscapes. - Work closely with Development, Functional, server, network and Security teams to provide complex solutions for the entire landscape. - Lead contractors for both operational and project activities in the WEB middleware area. Organize, plan, and execute large scale, complex projects from vision through implementation. - Coach and mentor less experienced administrators in the design and implementation of solutions. - Support the design, construction, and implementation phases of a system and/or upgrade project. *REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING * - Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 5 years experience configuring, deploying, and securing J2EE WEB systems using SAP NetWeaver, JBoss, Weblogic, and Apache platforms. - Technical skills including J2EE system administration, installation, configuration, deployment. - Sound understanding of secure Single Sign On principles and concepts. - Sound understanding of Networking, internet protocols, and load balancing. - Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Portal, and other new dimension SAP Java technologies is desirable. - Sound knowledge of scripting in UNIX and windows environments. - Project management skills including the ability to develop and monitor work agreements and budgets, and to determine specifications, schedules, and deliverables. - Know-how and exposure to System backups, restore/recovery including Disaster Recovery, Server sizing, consolidation and High Availability. - Ability to understanding of Companys I/T environment and of applicable Company policies, practices, and procedures. - Ability to troubleshoot performance problems in a complex WEB environment. - Ability to assist developers in troubleshooting application and coding problems. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Regards, John || Phone: 916 646 2080 Ext 212 || Fax: 916 646 2081 || Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] || Website: www.key-soft.com || Note: This email is not intended to be a solicitation.
