Duration: 6months Rate: $30/hr Locals Candidates preferred Phone screen followed by a Face to Face interview. Description: **Strong banking/finance needed** Candidate must be a lead tester with scrum methodology experience. The GBP Benchmarking Testing Lead plays a key role on the Global Best Practices Technology Team. The GBP Benchmarking Testing Lead will work with the team to leverage technology to enable and extend capabilities of the Global Best Practices Benchmarking Platform. The GBP Benchmarking Testing Lead will ensure the delivery of error-free Benchmarking Studies and related applications within the Global Best Practices environment. The GBP Benchmarking Testing Lead will also have responsibility for ensuring quality of feature enhancements and new features introduced to these applications, as needed, to ensure that the Global Best Practices applications meet the emerging needs of the practice. As a member of a small development team, the GBP Benchmarking Testing Lead will participate in team meetings and will be responsible for developing, maintaining and executing test scripts using both automated and manual systems. Responsible for developing test plans, test conditions, test data to ensure the quality of Global Best Practices Benchmarking Platform and associated applications. Refine existing and develop new approaches as needed for system testing, integration testing, and regression white box / black box testing. Has expert knowledge of software development life cycle and how a QA methodology fits into the SDLC. Has some experience with online survey systems, report generation and content management systems. We use an agile methodology called Scrum that takes advantage of attacking development challenges with a cross-functional team of professionals that are highly collaborative. Because all of our applications are coded in .NET, it is a positive additional skill to have exposure to, or experience with .NET, as this would make our meetings and idea sharing be more productive and effective. In other words, the testing professional we are hiring will be a part of a team approach, and not a "heads down and do what your told" kind of resource.
