Description

Handles expert level problem requests and trains others in how to approach
these requests. Trains associates and expands their knowledge base, which
includes updating and improving the training program. Acts as the technical
resource for all help desk associates both on the desktop and server sides.
Manages and improves the processes, including identifying weak points,
coming up with best solutions, and managing projects. This may include
managing junior associates to address the pain points. Conducts technical
evaluation of staff skills and quality of problem resolutions. Analyzes
tickets to identify problem patterns. Escalates issues; coordinates
resolutions across teams. Makes suggestions to management for process
improvement.





Qualifications:

Microsoft Exchange(Expert, 5+ yrs.)
MS Office(Expert, 4+)
Mid Range Servers(Expert, 5+yrs.)
Sharepoint(Expert, 3+yrs.)
SQL server(3+yrs.)
Storage devices(Expert, 5+yrs.)
A familiarity of laptops, desktops, and computer peripherals
Architectural knowledge of midrange systems, storage (SAN) and environments
Architectural knowledge of LAN and WAN network equipment and protocols
