*Position: Project Manager / Sr. Systems Analyst*
*Location: NJ or OH*
*Duration: 4 Months*
*Project Description:*
The objective of project is to provide a suite of tools to support the
service delivery of an EY engagement team working to provide audit or
business services at a client site. The primary applications in the suite of
tools includes: *GRC* a repository for planning and executing the
engagements, *Request and Tracking Database (RTD)* an operational database
for managing engagement databases and sites, *Knowledge Import Database
(KID)* a data base for authoring and managing industry specific knowledge
content that can be imported into a GRC site/database.

*Explanation of the application on which this candidate would work:*
The candidate will be working on all tools in the suite (*GRC, RTD, KID*…)
The GRC application is used as a central repository for all engagement
artifacts including EY Methodology and models for specific industry
segments, engagement team plans, work papers and findings related to the
engagement. See explanation above.

*Description of day to day tasks:*
Project Management tasks for all phases of software development projects
including: detailed project planning and task management for requirements
elaboration, code construction, test planning and execution, and deployment.
Risk and Issue management. The project manager will lead multiple teams
simultaneously with from 4-10 people on the team. The project manager must
be able to work independently and report progress, status and issues of the
project team. The project manager will also work with other departments on a
daily basis. Groups include the business team, the security team,
performance capacity teams and deployment teams.
*Description of technical environment (.NET, Oracle, Websphere, etc.)*
GRC consists of 2 applications customized for EY by Paisley Consulting. GRC
Java is a Java website, Tomcat web server with an Oracle database. GRC Java
is hosted outside the EY infrastructure. GRC Notes RTD and KID are all Lotus
Notes applications.
