*DESCRIPTION: Test Automation Engineer Needed for Exciting Project! Test Automation Engineer responsible for designing, scripting, executing and analyzing enterprise volume and * *performance tests. Able to coordinate/lead diverse teams of technical resources when conducting database, web – application servers tuning/baselining initiatives. * *Able to create scripts in a variety of ways – using tools (e.g. hp (Mercury) Loadrunner – QTP, Unix scripts, etc. Responsible for volume and performance testing at * *the application and enterprise level. Prepare Automation Test Plans and Test Cases. Interpret application architectures and identify transactions for measurement * *consideration. Know what constitutes volume – performance requirements and what to do in the absence of them. Proficiency with hp (mercury) tools – LoadRunner, * *QTP, Winrunner, TestDirector and Quality Center. Good working knowledge of volume and performance tools and understand which to apply for a given situation. * *Creation of test data needed for testing. Ability to develop custom tools as needed.
