Candidates should have a successful track record working with Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor and prior related business experience . Must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills . Should have good knowledge of Fast Formulas Job Description: As a consultant, candidate will provide consulting services/expertise to business process owners in the following areas: . Oracle Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor . HR assessment and solution design including: . Process redesign/improvement . Operational assessment . Sourcing strategy optimization and selection . Job design and staffing . Coaching HR leadership . Technology evaluation and selection . Organization design . Program effectiveness assessment . Solution implementation including: . Program/project and change management and Process Implementation . Strong working knowledge of the following human resource functions: benefits, communications, payroll, compensation, recruitment, staffing and training and development . Experience and working knowledge of human resources . Business process/best practices knowledge . Business analysis including business process modeling . Package implementation/life cycle methodology .
