This role will work with the *Enterprise Systems Infrastructure Program Manager* to execute the *full project management lifecycle* for the *Hardware, SAP BASIS, TIBCO and Security teams. *
*Job Requirements:* - Minimum of *5 years experience* in a *Project Management Role* that delivered successful IT projects across the *entire Project Management Lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Executing/Controlling, and Closure). * - Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Candidate *must *possess a *PMP Certification* ** *The position requires an advanced skill level in the following competencies: * - Independently Facilitate discussions to define work breakdown structures, estimate work effort and resource load project plans utilizing Microsoft Project - Independently facilitate discussions to resolve complicated cross-team issues - Independently track progress on team activities and direct corrective action in the event that tasks fall behind schedule - Independently measure progress and report results to project leadership - Ability to build relationships with team members and project stakeholders - Written and verbal communication skills - Formal project management methodologies (People, Process, Information, and Technology) and the Project Management Lifecycle - Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure project delivery team *The position requires an intermediate skill level in the following competencies:* ** - Utilizing *Microsoft Office, Visio, Outlook and team collaboration applications * - Ability to interact with a *formal Program Management Office* - The position requires a basic skill level in the following competencies: - *Deliver projects utilizing SAP or equivalent ERP implementation methodologies* - Demonstrate *SAP BASIS* knowledge - Demonstrate *SAP Security* knowledge - Demonstrate *TIBCO Systems Administration* knowledge - Demonstrate *HP UNIX administration and EMC storage* knowledge Looking forward for your REPLY.
