Adobe Flash Developer with Action Scripting Experience Location: OR
Duration: 4+months Rate: $40/hr CTC * MAX * LOCALS ONLY!!!!! Phone Screen then F2F, must have portfolio to review. Required Skills: Excellent Comm. Skills Clients e-Learning Services group is searching for one Adobe Flash developers. Candidates must be skilled in Flash animation and ActionScripting, with a portfolio demonstrating this experience. Training & Education: - BA/BS preferred Skills Required: - 2+ years JavaScript experience - 3+ years graphic design experience - Ability to develop consistent learning objects that adhere to published standards - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to work under aggressive deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy - Strong skills in Photoshop, Flash, and Illustrator - Skills preferred (but not required) in Lectora Publisher and/or Articulate Presenter - Experience with building software simulations preferred but not required - Familiarity with the SABA LMS preferred - Familiarity with the eLearning SCORM standard preferred - Experience with audio recording and editing using SoundForge or similar audio recording and editing tool Responsibilities Include: - Create and assemble assets and reach project milestones with overall consistency and high level of quality. - Develop interactive objects from storyboard/script with text, voice, sound, and graphics that will be used in dynamic eLearning courseware. - Work as part of a team or in collaboration with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers to create instructional components. - Perform QA testing of finished courseware.
