Required skills and Job Profile
1 In depth knowledge, understanding & hands on experience in his/her domain,
2 Ability to conduct due-diligence on existing OSS applications/environment
3 Participate in Requirement, Design review meetings
4 Analyze Work Request/BRD, Design Document, IAD document
5 Assist/Prepare Estimate, Schedule, Resource Utilization Plan
6 Review key deliverables like test plan strategy
7 Participate in Test Plan Review with client
8 Resolve OSS Test Environment/Testing Issues
9 Identify test environment consolidation opportunities & implement
10 Identify Integration Test Points, High Level Test Scenarios and help team
in feature, integration and E2E testing
11 Identify Past Test cases to be re-executed for current
enhancement/enhancement
12 Responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of program
responsibilities like monitoring program status, facilitating training,
raising/working issues
through to resolution with Delivery Managers
13 Identify Test Data Requirements
