Experience Required : 5 - 10 years Responsible for the support, maintenance and administration of the e-mail content filtering technologies. Successful candidate will be required to participate in an on-call rotation and provide off-hours support. Monitoring of trouble ticket systems and timely responses to handling tickets. Working with internal teams to resolve production and compliance issues. The position entails maintaining vendor relationships, teaming with internal and discovery teams. Interacting with other support organizations and other groups within Messaging Services. REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5 to 8 years of experience supporting messaging technologies or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with Computer Associate's 'Assentor' product. Knowledge of ZL technologies products or other e-mail content filtering technologies is desirable. Candidate must have good communication and relationship management skills, and a desire to engage in continuous improvement approach to enable proactive support. Highly desired and preferred is experience working in a regulated environment. This position is listed with a St. Louis, Charlotte NC, Philadelphia, Birmingham AL as the location but could be performed from any location or remote. This position is flexible and skills can encompass support and team leads as this position may be filled at a different levels based on candidate experience.
