*ITSM/Remedy Consultant* *3+ months* *Norwalk CT* *Rate open + expenses * Day-to-Day Activities: Customization and Configuration of ITSM 7.x application suite based upon client process. *Previous experienced in the installation and configuration of ITSM 7.x in a server group environment. Experience with customization of ITSM 7.x APPLICATIONS (not AR System) *Desired Skills: Experience with at least two enterprise level engagements with configuration and customization of the entire ITSM 7.0 Suite including Remedy Knowledge Management * At least 4 - 6 recent years of core Remedy AR System development and implementation experience * Experience with Change and Asset Management application modules required. * Experience with Enterprise level engagements extending Atrium CMDB 2.1 required. * Enterprise level experience analyzing multiple databases (asset/inventory) the creating appropriate reconciliation rules using BMC Reconciliation Engine * Enterprise level experience managing AR System development lifecycle within multiple (Dev, test, QA) environments.
