SAP Basis Position (2 Years Assisgnment) Location: Washington, DC Duration: 12+ months Rate : as low as possible Description/ Required Experience: Provide technical support and administration of SAP products and add-on software including ECC 6.0, EP, BI, NetWeaver 7.0, Solution Manager, SAP Plug-ins/Add-on's, etc. This will include installing and maintaining software including upgrades, applying kernel patches, OSS Notes, and Support Packages as well as the responsibility for system troubleshooting, problem solving, capacity planning, tuning and application server load balancing, as well as day-to-day monitoring and administration of SAP systems. The mobile applications security specialist is a key member of the IT Information Security Team with the following responsibilities: Responsibilities involve: - Ensure technology risk considerations are identified and adequately addressed for new mobile application developments integration and deployment - Compliance of the requirements for mobile applications with IT security standards and policies - Engagements with project managers and developer leads to ensure proper technology risk considerations are addressed at each phase of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and provide proactive solutions to correct exposures or mitigate risk; - Security consulting with engineering teams in the areas of chip card (contact and NFC), mobile applications, and new technology initiatives. - Security assessments of mobile applications such as secure code reviews, web application penetration testing and threat modeling/architectural risk analysis - Coordination with business security officers to provide technical risk analysis, threat identification and countermeasure recommendations to balance the level of risk with business requirements to provide optimal solution; - Keep abreast of new threats and vulnerabilities to mobile applications and the industry to provide proactive solutions.
