4+ years of C++ coding
Windows platform experience
-need them to be skilled at writing very efficient code, in known patterns,
sometimes heavily threaded to be run in large scale environments.
-Windows experience. I value UNIX in terms of the quality of the skills but I
don't do any coding on Unix so it is not a skill I ask for. A person cannot
fill this role without Windows experience.
The role would be C++ code on backend servers where the code is a headless
service. It is also C++ on the webservers with code in ISAPI DLLs. I am not
looking for HTML coders though I expect that a C++ coder has done some
HTML/XSL/Javascript and SQL so that he understands the environment he is
operating in.
