Hi Partner, We have a project open for an Architect/Developer with superior and extensive hands-on Java/J2EE, WebLogic, and Hibernate experience for full application development life cycle. Candidates must have at least 2 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience with Agile development, including strong unit test practices and superior verbal communication (resume must be very clear with your candidate's experience using Agile development methodology and their experience must be hands-on). Candidates need to function in fast paced environment as part of a senior level team. The candidate will help influence architecture and design and must be able to identify and implement simple solutions to complex problems and provide support for project teams. The candidate will support development, testing, and production implementation. Prior Fannie Mae (especially Multifamily) experience is preferred, but not required.
