* * Lead the technical development efforts for the Hyperion reporting development. The candidate will take the lead to define, design and develop the data access components (cubes, reports, dashboards, etc.) required to support the business. This will encompass the following activities: **PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ** **A minimum of seven (7) to nine (9) years experience, as a Hyperion Developer (Hyperion Performance suite V9/Business Intelligence) , with a background of working on medium to large scale data warehouse projects. ** * **Well rounded knowledge of all of Hyperion's business intelligence products (e.g. Brio, Web Analysis, Reports, etc), with a very strong knowledge base of Analytic Integration Services and Essbase. ** * **Analysis skills to develop and document requirements, design, test scripts, and other technical documents ** **Responsibilities** 1.Work with end Users and Architects to gather and create business/data requirements for any changes or enhancements to Hyperion, cubes reports, dashboards, ad-hoc query tools, etc. 2. Work with end Users and Architects to create requirements for links from Essbase to external data sources to facilitate drill down capability 3. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with Users and Architects 4. Coordinate the integration of requirements from conception to production 5. Determine Level of Effort to meet requirements and provide to Team Leaders. 6. Build design specifications and unit test plans for front-end analysis components 7. Develop Hyperion reports and analytical views for the Data Management Program and maintains existing reports, as needed 8. Work with Architects to develop technical documentation when appropriate 9. Provide Data Mart infrastructure administrative support 10. Perform system testing and quality assurance testing for reports. 11. Support End-Users in UAT/production and research any issues and/or concerns. 12. Work with Service Provider to schedule loads and run of reports into production. 13. Develop, promote, and support the implementation of innovative technology solutions by working closely with Team Leaders, Developers, Architect, and Business Analysts. 14. Ensure that relevant Business Intelligence standards and procedures are followed 15. Assist in the data modeling processes 16.
