They will be using the Oracle Suite for Financials, ERP, HR, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management. They will not be using the Oracle product for Order Management and their CRM application. They are using Seibel for their Customer Relationship Management. As a result of this implementation, they are currently in need 4 consultants with Siebel configuration experience. This is a mid-level position (3-5 Years). * * * * *2) CRM Developer/Analyst- LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION Atlanta Candidates preferred by Client * Contract-Perm position (currently in the process of confirming bill rate and perm salary range, they are flexible). Primary Responsibility:Person will work closely with the Business Analyst to understand the business requirements to start coding into the system. Person will review, analyze, and modify programs including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's CRM application (Siebel). Consults with end users to identify current operating procedures, outline required changes and carry out tasks to implement changes. May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks and may lead and direct the work of others. Essential Functions: · DEVELOPMENT: Participate as needed in the development and implementation of CRM software based on approved design. Write new programs or create modifications to existing applications as necessary based on project requirements. Follow established standards for the design, coding, and testing of software. · TESTING: Creates test plans, test files, and scripts for unit testing through integration testing. Work with users to validate system testing and conformity with functional requirements. · IMPLEMENTATION: Follow appropriate change management and implementation procedures. Ensure that appropriate technical and functional documentation is prepared. Coordinate the implementation process. · SUPPORT: Provide technical troubleshooting and coordinates support with vendors. Provide support to new applications during and after implementation. · Mentor less senior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work · Other duties as assigned or requested Qualifications/Additional Skills: (4-5 years overall experience) · B.S. or B.A required, preferred in Computer Science or related field. · 6-8 years of experience with the implementation of large scale CRM applications that include customer contact centers, sales, marketing and customer analysis. · 4 + years of Oracle Seibel CRM experience preferable version 7.8 or above. · 4 + years experience integrating Seibel applications with business and partner applications, preferably through a middleware, SOA type solution. · 4 + years experience with Seibel configuration. · Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills · Ability to work in team-oriented environment. · Ability to work in matrix managed environment · Ability to influence and lead others (i.e. Project Manager and project teams) · Demonstrated logic and programming knowledge with tools such as Java, VB, etc. · Proven analytical skills · Strong customer service orientation. · Knowledge of business process development and improvement · Willingness to Travel · Experience with implementation of call center is preferred. 3) *Title: *Senior Java/J2EE Local Candidates only/. *Location: Herndon, VA* *Length: Herndon, VA* *Industry: Financial / Mortgage* *KEY EXPERIENCE:** *Only candidates with excellent communication skills will be considered. Must be able to learn existing application development patterns and work independently, with a focus on unit testing. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles and assists with production implementations. Superior verbal and written communication skills required.
