Telecom Business Analyst Location: VA
Duration: 6+months Rate: $48/hr Locals are Highly Preferred F2F after PS Required Skills: * Act as a liaison between business community and development team. * Define, analyze, and document existing business processes for multiple business units. * Analyze the effectiveness of existing IT systems and interfaces. * Proactively conduct interviews with the business sponsor(s) to identify solutions for meeting objectives. * Work with business sponsors and IT management to prioritize issues. * Develop business, functional and high-level technical requirements. * Ensure the success of the project by maintaining working relationships with various business sponsors. * Create and maintain accurate project status information that is communicated to the business sponsor(s) on regular scheduled intervals. * Create business process test cases that ensure requirements are satisfied and all solutions are implemented successfully. * Assist in the development of the training materials for the end user group. * Conduct and assist with hands on training sessions for end user group. * Facilitate the turnover of ongoing support to help desk.
