*Job Title: Java Core developer with SAP Portal* *Job Type: Contract* *Duration: 2+ month* *Location: NYC* * * *Mandatory Skills/Description: * * * *Client is looking for the Java candidates that are Java core developers. The resources who have experience creating Web applications from start to finish with a focus on UI. We need 75% Java developer and 20- 25% with SAP Portal experience.* *JAVA * - Web Development using JSPs with Dynpages or EJB Java Development (interfacing with SAP's IS Media solution); - 4+ years of Java development in the following area: JSP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Strong JavaScript skills desired. *** JAVA development experience is a must (not Web Dynpro). Very strong JSP Portal Development *** - Solid experience in using NWDI (Shared Parts) from NWDS - AJAX experience is a plus *PORTAL * -Enterprise Portal 2004s - Experience in custom themes/skins for externally facing portals is a BIG HELP - UI modifications (Masthead, navigation, content area, framework pages, etc.) - PCD view/page/role maintenance * * *OTHER * - Ability to quickly visualize, articulate and document technical software designs based upon functional requirements; - Needs to have very good consulting and soft skills, good team players, quick learner.
