I have just got this requirement. I can arrange the interview this weekend or max on Monday. This will close with in 3-4 days. This is a Back fill position. Key Success areas for closing this deal are : 1) Candidate having Pharma Experience in the past. 2) Great Communication Skills 3) Low rate. I don’t know the rate as we need to Bid for this. Engagement : Experience can range from 6-8 yrs. Oracle R12 project. They will have to be a functional financial person. Pharmaceutical and distribution experience a plus.
