Setting up testing Position requires outstanding oral/written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, project management, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Rational Unified Process methodology or iterative development methodologies will be useful. Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio Drawing tool along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required.
