for a direct client in Milwaukee , WI . This is a six month
contract position.

Responsibilities
1. Communication
skills in terms of interacting with users especially on production support.
Staff with accents have had problems with helpdesk activities and understanding
the nature of problems over the phone. This is a key component to acting
independently when required and managing
expectations.
2. Trouble shooting of
problems and determining when something is a configuration or application issue
and when it is security. This is a major issue.
3. Performing the data
analysis and remediate or fix problems. There are a couple of techniques such
as using the security tables for storing values rather than storing them in
roles. This is a key technique we apply.
Security Skill (knows
security t-codes, how used and experience)
User Interface (knowledge
of functional modules and understanding of functional failures vs. security)
Trouble Shooting
(understanding of authorization object failures and cause)
Data Analysis (use of
logging and tracing and ability to use tools like Excel)
Leadership and
Communication (user interface and ability to communicate)
Technology Skills (related
technology experience with BASIS, ECC 6 and SAP functions like Solution
Manager)
GRC and SOD Remediation
(ability to fix control conflicts and adjust roles)
In addition,
they must have excellent communication skills
and be ready to get started ASAP.
