*Position: Remedy Engineer (Product Specific)* *Location : IL, Chicago* *Employment Type: Contract * *Rate: DOE* *Duration: 6 months+* - The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be assigned duties related to development, administration, and testing in multiple Remedy ARS 6X/7X environments. - This is a one year contract position with the possibility of contract extension or full time employment. *Responsibilities Include:* - Enhancing and customizing Remedy ITSM 7X applications, as well as in-house developed applications, from business requirements and/or technical design documents in accordance with prescribed development guidelines. - Supporting the Remedy infrastructure, including performance tuning, moderately complex interactive integrations with network monitoring tools, and the installation of Remedy software/patches/applications as needed. - Creating all necessary documentation and user guides related to application enhancements and development. *Required Skills:* - Minimum 3 to 5 years of development experience with ARS 6X and/or 7X - Demonstrated success with the installation, administration, configuration and support of the Remedy ARS 6X and/or 7X, including Mid-Tier. - Experienced with software development life cycle (SDLC) including Requirements Analysis, Design, Installation, Development, Testing (application code and user acceptance), and Deployment. - Strong interpersonal and communications skills and an ability to understand and articulate complex ideas and concepts in both verbal and written form. *Desired Skills:* - Experience with customizing and configuration of Remedy ITSM 7X application suite. - Experience developing data driven architecture. - Experience with Solaris, Apache Tomcat, JavaScript, HTML, PL/SQL, and similar server-side environments. - Experience with Remedy Enterprise Integration Engine, BMC Atrium CMDB, BMC Atrium Integration Engine. - ITIL Certification -- Sincerely, Priya HireCircuit LLC " Hire the best through my Circuit!"
