Successful application development utilizing iterative/incremental approaches. · Experience with web development: Ruby, Rails, MVC, JavaScript, Ajax, Social Networks. · Pathway-based software, Expression analysis software, Pathway visualization tools, Simulation programs, Interaction, Network inference tools, Metabolic pathways including Signaling pathways, Protein-protein interactions, Genetic, regulatory pathways · Experiences with open source/commercial network analysis software applications/ Programming Libraries such as Cytoscape, GenoLink, Network Workbench, VisANT, Graphviz, Pajek, OSPREY, UCINET, Vizster, WilmaScope, NAViGaTOR, BioLayout, Walrus, ProViz, PIMWalker, GUESS, InFlow, NetMiner, GraphExplore, Chisio, ONDEX, NetworkX, PIANA, Bioconductor, JGraph, yFiles, JGraphT, JUNG, eXpanda, ! !
