Network Administrator Location: CA
Duration: 10months Rate: $40/hr PS then F2F References required REQUIRED SKILLS: Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, analytical ability and judgment. Experience level: . 3- 6 years. Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in MIS/ Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience. . 3+ years in the IT/telephony industry. . CCVP certification . Typical technical skills required: Nortel phone system certification and call pilot expertise. . Experience with Cisco VOIP. . Experience with support and maintenance on telecommunications equipment including Cisco, Nortel, Symposium, Siemens, and ACD and IVR systems. . Plan, configure and order telephony circuits and services from local telco providers. . Work closely with the telephony engineering and networking engineering staff. Coordinate hardware and software moves, adds and changes. . Monitor voice network performance, capacity and security issues; identify and report deviations and malfunctions and take corrective action based on operating instructions and/or consults with others when appropriate in order to provide optimum availability of the systems in the medical center. . Train the end user population on functionality of end user devices, voicemail system and ACD systems when needed. . Develop standard and custom reports for operations staff and management.
